In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the owner of the website https:// gasetlacasa.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) is Enric Gaset Borràswith DNI 37267298F and address at San Sebastià, 11-13 1º, CP 17200 of the town of Palafrugellregistered at the Colegio Oficial de Odontólogos y Estomatólogos de Cataluña (Official College of Dentists and Stomatologists of Catalonia), number of member 1076 and in the Register of Dental Clinics of the Generalitat de Catalunya under the number VAT NUMBER E17051686 (hereinafter, “CLINICA DENTAL GASET LACASA”).
The necessary communications between CLINICA DENTAL GASET LACASA and the User, will have to be addressed to the Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to recepcio@gasetlacasa.com, by calling the number 972 30 37 54 or by sending a written communication addressed to our Customer Service Department, to the above mentioned address.
Our customer service hours are from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00 hours and from 15:00 to 20:00 hours.
- Acceptance of terms of use
1.1. The purpose of these Conditions of Use is to regulate the availability of the information and services provided by CLINICA DENTAL GASET LACASA through the Web.
